Space Podium
Space Podium was a groundbreaking trilingual debate and speech competition organised in partnership with SEDS Sri Lanka and SEDS Juniors, aimed at promoting STEM education, communication skills, and inclusive learning. Focused on themes around space, innovation, and sustainability, this initiative empowered school students to explore futuristic ideas and articulate them confidently in Sinhala, Tamil, and
English.
WildXP
WildXP was a unique two-day, one-night professional development initiative designed to cultivate leadership, strengthen inter-club bonds, and promote environmental mindfulness through a hands-on outdoor experience. Organised by the Rotaract Clubs of APIIT, Colombo Fort, Matale, and NSBM, the hike and camping event set in Hulangala Mini World’s End brought together Rotaractors for a weekend of personal
growth, teamwork, and nature appreciation.
Career Catalyst
Career Catalyst was a strategic professional development initiative hosted collaboratively by the Rotaract Clubs of Colombo Fort, Mid-Town, Colombo Port City, Colombo Reconnections, ICBS, and PanColombo. Focused on empowering youth with digital employability tools, the event featured an expert-led workshop on LinkedIn proficiency by Mr. Trevan Rumal, Assistant Marketing Manager at OREL IT.
From Ground Zero
From Ground Zero was a two-part project by the Rotaract Club of Colombo Fort and Free Palestine Movement Sri Lanka. It built on Project NOT 2DAY (RIY 2023–24), which trained 30 young advocates.
The Rotaract Club of Colombo Fort is a vibrant and diverse community service organization, proudly supported by the Rotary Club of Colombo Fort. Our mission is to empower youth, foster leadership, and promote community development with a global perspective. This year, we are focused on expanding our impact and strengthening our connections, staying true to our commitment to service above self.
