What is Fort's root?
‘Fort’s Root’ is a joint environmental initiative by the Rotaract Club of Colombo Fort and the Rotaract
Club of Trincomalee, designed to contribute to reforestation and sustainability efforts through tree planting.
This project represents the club’s commitment to environmental responsibility and long-term ecological
impact.
With the theme “Every sapling planted today tells the story of hope for generations to come,” Fort’s Root
symbolises legacy, continuity, and growth, paralleling the journey of the club as it celebrates 10 years since
recharter.
The Rotaract Club of Colombo Fort is a vibrant and diverse community service organization, proudly supported by the Rotary Club of Colombo Fort. Our mission is to empower youth, foster leadership, and promote community development with a global perspective. This year, we are focused on expanding our impact and strengthening our connections, staying true to our commitment to service above self.
